We have 9.30am and 11am worship gatherings each week. Both gatherings are quite informal: the 9.30am has a more traditional flavour with hymns and the 11am is more informal with more contemporary worship and it has organised children’s and youth activities. Refreshments are served between these services, at around 10.30am.

We meet at John Madejski Academy at 9am and 11.30am.
During our meeting we have a time of worship led by a band, someone will then give a sermon based on a passage from the Bible and normally there are opportunities to be prayed for.
Every Sunday our doors will open at 10.15am and our “pre service worship” will start at 10.30am.
Then at 11am our “main” service begins with worship, testimonies and a bible based talk.

Sunday morning worship begins at 10.30am with ‘all age worship’; children, young people and adults in the church together for the first part of the service. The hymns chosen each week are a wide mix including children’s worship songs, contemporary and traditional; a diverse mix sometimes accompanied by piano/organ, sometimes accompanied by our praise band.
All our Services are now “Hybrid” Click here to follow Zoom link to service
Our main Sunday service is at 9.30am. This is a sung service with organ/piano and a sermon, lasting about an hour. Usually a Parish Holy Communion, except on the third Sunday each month when we have a Service of the Word. We meet for coffee afterwards.

Our 8:30am Holy Communion Service is held once a month.
Our 10:30am Morning Services typically follow a set monthly pattern;
2nd Sunday of the Month – All Age Worship
3rd Sunday of the Month – Holy Communion
Other Sundays during the month are led by either our own ministers or local preachers.
