Grief can be profoundly painful, affecting both body and mind in ways that can be difficult to express. For those living with the loss of someone they love, several churches across Reading now offer gentle, proactive support through The Bereavement Journey®. Presented through seven films and discussion groups, the course provides a safe and compassionate space for people who have been bereaved to explore their loss with others and gently navigate their feelings. It helps participants process what their loss means for them and consider the next steps that feel right for them. The churches we list would warmly welcome you on The Bereavement Journey®, which is suitable for people of any faith or none, and is offered in partnership with the Ataloss bereavement charity https://www.ataloss.org/
